Archive of old updates 11/5/03 It's been too long since the last update. I apologize to everyone that has been waiting or has thought that the site is dead. Actually the site is far from dead, it just has not been updated. There are several reasons for this. The first being that I have been too focused on getting things ready for the review system to be added. I have also had a number of things happening at work and in real life so unfortunately I have not had time recently to make the changes. However all of this has taught me one thing. I do not want to have to set aside time... all the time to keep this site updated. That does not mean that I will stop or that the site will disappear. Quite the opposite. You see I have decided that I will be talking to the guys at Protean near here and see if they would do a COMPLETE site overhaul. Following in the vein of the other fan fiction sites like "The Tenchi Muyo Fan Fiction Archive", "FanFiction.net", "MediaMiner.org", and others I have decided to revamp the site and allow you, the authors to post your own stories, at your leisure. I will also have a way for authors to still post pictures, and such along with their story, but unlike what we are doing currently for Amishi, the pictures will not be imbedded in the story. Sorry man, but to do that will require too much work. If anyone has any requests of things they they would like to see added or just general suggestions please send the suggestions to the same submissions email address. And now without further ado, the updates... NEW AUTHOR! Shadow Dragon's MST of "The Games People play has been posted. NEW AUTHOR! ACGS has joined us with his Comedy "The Angels Lunch." NEW STORY! Zorch's Story "Ranma Ascension" chapters 1 2 & 3, "Ranma Forever" chapters 1 &2, "Family Reunion" chapters 1 through 5, "The Warrior and the Peacemaker" chapters 1 and 2, and "Upon Ethereal Wings" prologue and chapters 1 and 2 are now all posted. NEW CHAPTERS! After 2 years, Chendzeea Li's Story Frozen has come to an end after 100 Chapters. Chapters 98, 99 & 100 are now posted even though they have been out for a while. NEW CHAPTERS! Otuku D-Man's stories "All That I am" chapter 13 and "Someday Somewhere" chapter 4 has now been posted. NEW CHAPTERS! Ring Princess' stories "Three Gems of the Light Hawk", chapter 2, "What Should have been: The Connection" Chapter 2 have been posted NEW CHAPTER! Doug Dennis' story "Duo Awakenings" chapter 7 has been posted. UPDATE! Ring Princess' story "Fate of Empires" Chapter 1 has been updated. 9/26/03 REVISION! Alighthawk has re-submitted parts 1 through 4 of "I am Ayeka," after making several corrections. NEW CHAPTER! Chapter 66 of "Escaflowne: All you need is Love, Isn’t it?" has been posted. A FIRST! We not only have a new author, but Shadow Dragon has submitted our very first MST! MST of "The Games People Play" part 1 NEW CHAPTER! Johnny G's "Fukyuu Tenchi: Chapter 4: Hello Ichiro" has been posted. NEW CHAPTERS! St Pika's "A New Beginning A New World" chapters 19 parts 1 & 2 have been posted. NEW CHAPTERS! Xavier's "Every New Beginning" Chapters 2 & 3 are now posted. NEW AUTHOR! The Human Duck has joined us with the story "Laundry Day." NEW CHAPTER! Otaku D-Man's "All that I Am: Twelfth Refrain," has been posted. Zorch has submitted 4 New stories to be posted and I will get them posted ASAP! I have been running behind, but I am about to get caught up. 9/18/03 NEW AUTHOR! Xavier's story Every New Beginning/Every New Beginning has been posted. NEW CHAPTERS! Otaku D-Man's "All that I am," chapters 10 and 11 have been posted, as well as chapter 3 of "Someday Somewhere." OOPS! I had previously on 9/16 said that chapters 62 to 64 of Amishi's "All you need is Love" has been posted, well I made an error. While the files themselves were posted they were not accessible. That has now been fixed and Chapter 65 has been posted as well. Ring Princess, Zorch, and a few others have submitted several chapters in zip files, I just have to go through them and add them which I hope to have happen this week, so keep watching! 9/16/03 Good news everyone! I have been talking to a local company called Protean about setting up a review system. They have agreed to work on it so hopefully in the next month or two visitors to Fan-Fics-R-Us will now have a way to leave a review of the stories! Now that I've told you the good new, let me apologize for the delay in updating. Back about 2 weeks ago my dad was taken into the hospital for chest pains and since then he has had an Angiogram and open heart surgery. With what has been going on I have not had a chance to update my site, or even look at my own stories. Things have quieted down and he is out of the hospital, so now that I have some time I will be updating things. NEW CHAPTER! Otaku D-Man's "All that I am" chapter 9 has been posted. NEW STORY! JC Thompson (aka George Gordon the Lord Byron) has joined with two stories called, "The Experiment Begins" and "The Experiment Proceeds." NEW AUTHOR! Squall Leonhart's " All That Really Counts" has been added! Not done yet! There is more to come! 8/25/03 NEW CHAPTERS! Amishi has submitted the next chapter to "Evangelion: Any Place Can Be Heaven." Also chapters 60 and 61 of "Escanflowne: All you need is Love" has been submitted as well. NEW CHAPTERS! Ring Princess has sent me a New Authors Universe (AU) called "Three Gems of the Light Hawk" NEW STORY! However I would like feed back on 15 as I feel it is shorter than the others. Hence my long absence from publishing my own works. 8/1/03 NEW CHAPTER! Otaku D-Man has just submitted the 5th chapter to "All That I am." Shadow Dragon has sent me a MST of a story that Zentrodie has posted elsewhere, and with Zen's permission the MST will be posted. However, I am currently waiting on Zentrodie to send me the original so that I can offer you both the original and the MST. As soon as I have both I will be posting them.
7/28/03 NEW CHAPTER! Derrick Wicks, AKA Otaku D-Man has submitted the 4th chapter to "All that I am" For those familiar with A Amishi's story "Any Place can be Heaven," I have a big surprise. His story is based off Random's story "Crimson and Azure," which has been posted on other sites. Well, I have talked to Random and he has agreed to let me post Crimson and Azure here! So it is with great honor that... NEW AUTHOR!!! Random has joined us with his story "Crimson and Azure"! 7/26/03 REVISION! Chris Diamond has sent me a revision to his story and I must apologize to everyone for misspelling the name of his story. I am really sorry! But the revised chapter one of "Existence" is now posted. Michael "The Zorch" Haney has joined us with his story "Family Reunion!" Ok so I know I have been holding on to it and it should of been posted a LONG time ago, and for that I am sorry, not only to the Zorch, but to the readers as well. NEW CHAPTERS!!! Ring Princess has recently noticed that she forgot to send me the updated chapters to several of her stories, so now that I have them I have got them posted as well. "Fate Of Empires" - 1 new chapter, "Musings" - 5 new chapters, "Ryoko's Sacrifice" - at least 4, "What Should Have Been" - 3 NEW STORY!!! Additionally Ring Princess has sent me a new story called "Unknown Quality," it is only the prologue for it, so more should be coming. If I have missed any stories, chapters or updates I am sorry, but please email me and let me know I forgot something. 5/27/03 I have been sent updates By Ring Princess and those will be posted soon, Additionally I have been talking to her about her stories and mine and with her help (THANKS AGAIN!) I will be redoing the Tenchi Masu chapters for my story Choices & Consequences. 5/20/03 NEW CHAPTERS! Chendzeea has added 2 chapters to her story Frozen... also she is asking her fans to email her to help her decide on what series should she write about next. NEW CHAPTERS! I have added 2 chapters to my Tenchi Muyo story "Choices and Consequences" I know that Doug Dennis and St Pika have updated their stories as well, and I will be getting those posted as soon as I can... 4/22/03 A FIRST!!! Chendzeea has been the first one I know of to get fanart about her story! Go to her page and take a peek!! NEW CHAPTERS!!! We now have up to chapter 88 for Frozen posted on the site! 3/14/02 NEW CHAPTER! ST PIKA's story "A New Beginning" has been updated! Pics have been added and more! Take a Look! 3/8/03 I Have gotten MS Front Page 2002! I have the site updated and things are looking good! 2/23/03 OK I know I am staying behind things, and I am sorry. I have a friend who keeps trying to give me a life besides fanfiction and she's been doing a good job of it. I have not had many updates to my own stories, but I have revised ST Pika's story and included the pics he sent me into the text of the story itself. Also this month I have upgraded my pc from win98 to Winxp Pro and it has been the source of a lot of problems. I have had to upgraded a lot and nearly had to completely rebuild the site. Luckily I did not have to do that, as it would have been well over a month for my next update. 2/3/03 NEW AUTHOR!!!!! However, I have not had a chance to update the site though I have had two of my pre-readers hounding me to update my story Choice and Consequences. I have that updated up to chapter 9 here. I have some new pics and chapters from Doug Dennis I need to go through then I will post those as well, but I don't want to rush and make a mistake. I have now updated her story Frozen up to chapter 60. Yes there are 60 chapters to it and she is working on more. Here is her FanFiction.net Profile. Her story is kept a little more up to date there. I Added Silver's The Promise chapter 5-15. I did have up to 4 posted. This is the last in her series titles The Bet. She has said that while she will not add any more to the series she MAY do several side stories. We can only hope that she does! 5/29/02 I have renamed my story "Ryoko Freaks Out" to "Never an Ending." I ran an email poll and that title got twice as many votes as all other suggestions combined! Also I have gone through and edited it a little. New chapter added to Bonds of Love and Survival by Doug. Also I have been given word that he will be working on his other stories as well, so we will have updates on them soon too. I would Like to Apologize to Loknar, as I have repeatedly misspelled his name. I think I have all of the misspellings corrected now. 5/27/02 New Chapter from me on my Ms Kitty Story and I have finally finished the To be a Princess Story! The last 2 chapters are posted now. New Chapter from Cucchiaro, Airs of the past Ch 10 New Chapter from me for Ms Kitty, I have chapters 1-5 posted now New Layout for Doug as he has many stories posted now! 4 Tenchi Stories (Uninhibited Consequences, Nightly Encounters, Second chance, Family and Friends), 2 Neon Genesis Evangelion Stories (Of Comfort and Kindness and Sibling Bonds), and 2 Cross-overs (Children of the Goddesses and Bonds of Love and Survival). Several of these have been updated! Duckqueen Has 2 stories now If You'd Kiss me I Would Forgive You and For the One You Love NEW AUTHORS!! Kristopher has two stories, High Noon an FF8 Story and a series about Nagi! Let's hope he's not done with the Nagi one, it's too good to be over! Loknar has his own website but he has allows me to post his story Orion Chronicles here as well! Added another chapter to My story "Ms Kitty" 4/27/02 Added another Chapter to "For the one you Love" by Duckqueen and a new short story as well, "I'd Forgive you if you'd Kiss me", and added a few more pictures to Doug Dennis' page. Added a new story from me called Ms Kitty as well. 4/19/02 Reformatted several of Doug's stories and added two Neon Genesis stories as well as pictures for them and an Image page. Added more stories to Clayton's page and Added the most recent chapter of one of my stories. 4/16/02 Added pictures to Doug's pages and Re-formatted Cucchiaro's Airs of the past to fit better on the screen. Also I have tried to fix Chendzeea's Pages so that they work better now. 4/15/02 Added Chendzeea's Artwork and updated the site's look a little. 4/13/02 New Author Added Cucchiaro! I am sorry for the LONG delay in adding this one to the site, I've had it in my inbox for a while and have only just recently found it again. This was to be posted on a site I ran some time ago. |
